I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

have a client who paid some money and then changed his mind and now has a credit.
He has also bought a cash passport card and I have said I can put it on that card.
He thought I meant back on his credit card. I said no, I cant put it on the credit card, I can give a cheque for the balance, or put it on the cash passport card.
He has just called now asking for head offices number when I asked what it was regarding, he pretty well hung up on me.
just had a call from head office.... ffs i hate this fucking game.....

hehe, I use to work for the tax department, I can sure relate to people getting mad at you. I had one lady tell me to go get a real fucking job. Her exact words. We were allowed to hang up if they cussed you. This lady called back amazed that I hung up on her.
